Navy Cupcakes

As many of you know (or dont know ) I joined the Navy a while ago (I leave in 2 weeks! )and our station has decided to have a potluck! And surprise surprise! Im making cupcakes XD I didnt want to put a whole lot of detail into them since their going to get all gobbled down very quickly, but i couldnt just let them be plain! Also I wasnt exactly going for accuracy here, considering I had to make them in about 4 hours I dont think I did too bad
